Processing Time

All Manaofficial Drop 001 orders are made to order.

Production begins after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

During new product launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Manaofficial is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at contact@shopmanaofficial.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@shopmanaofficial.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
